Don Brown
Chief Executive Officer
Don is a highly accomplished manufacturing executive and has a relentless focus on customer service. He has over three decades of operational excellence and manufacturing experience in both public and private companies. Don has been part of the H-D team since 2014 where he has served as President / CEO of Overton Chicago Gear and was recently appointed as President / CEO of H-D where he is responsible for leading all of the H-D entities in their growth efforts. Don previously was Vice President of Operations at Carlisle Brake and Friction, Hawk Precision Components Group and Specialty Precision Equipment Company.
James Rounsavall
Chief Financial Officer
JR brings over two decades of finance and accounting experience to H-D. J.R. started his career in public accounting (Big 4) as an auditor in the manufacturing and distribution practice and served in his first international assignment while working in public accounting. His focus on business process improvement to enhance value led him to a progressive career in services and manufacturing industries. J.R’s industry experience includes leadership finance roles within multi-state, multi-national manufacturing, and service company environments including over 10 years’ experience as a Chief Financial Officer in both public company and private equity settings. JR joined H-D in April 2022.
